Most importantly we trust you all are observing Shelter In Place and keeping yourself, family and friends safe. My personal experience is that the practices from Leadership Embodiment are helpful during this stressful time. Many of the practices can be found in Wendy’s most recent book, Leadership Embodiment. I am also working with clients via VC to help them find ways to show up more skillfully during these trying times.
