Wendy Palmer’s two books: The Intuitive Body and Leadership Embodiment
• Develop your personal presence to be more skillful
in day-to-day interactions and professional life
• Integrate awareness and posture to short-circuit reactive patterns
and be more responsive and compassionate
Drop-In Embodiment Classes

Fee: $15 each class, $75 for 6-class package = one class free
Taught by: Joan Marie Passalacqua, founder of the Applied Anatomy Institute,
Certified Leadership Embodiment Coach, and student of Wendy Palmer
During class we’ll:
• Cultivate body language that supports our intentions
• Embody techniques that lessen the impact of stress
• Create states-of-being that encourage confidence
