Wendy Palmer will be one of the featured facilitators during the Embodied Meditation Week. This is a free 7-day event from 15th – 21st November 2021 designed to help you learn how an embodied approach to meditation can enhance your practice.
With practical 30-minute sessions led by experienced facilitators, we’ll share:
➔ What an embodied approach to meditation is
➔ How integrating embodied techniques can transform your practice
➔ How to apply these techniques to your everyday life
And for facilitators, teachers and coaches, we’ll share ways to bring embodied techniques to your students/clients to freshen up your classes and transform your facilitation.
The event is for meditation practitioners who:
➢ Want to add a new layer to their meditation practice
➢ Want to see the deeper, more consistent benefits of meditating
➢ Want to build a more sustainable daily practice
➢ Struggle to stay present when meditating
And teachers, coaches and facilitators who:
➢ Want to broaden their range of techniques
➢ Want to bring an embodied approach to their clients/students
➢ Want to help students integrate meditation into their daily life
While this event is teaching a totally new approach, you’ll need at least a basic understanding of meditation and a frequent practice in place to get the most from the event.
