Over three (non-consecutive) days, we will explore the edges of our capacity to centre and begin to work with greater intensity, such as dealing with multiple, rapid demands, and using bokkens (Japanese wooden swords) in committing to our purpose. The broad approach is:
Day 1: Thursday 25th September – Deeper exploration of leading self
Day 2: Thursday 30th October – Deeper exploration of leading in relationship
Day 3: Thursday 27th November – Deeper exploration of leading with perspective
Intervals between the workshops create the opportunity to put learning into practice. Each increase in confidence raises new questions, supporting deeper exploration in the next session.
Leadership Embodiment practitioners say:
‘With more experience and practice, I’m gaining confidence that there is no right or wrong reaction, and that being aware of what’s going on ‘inside’ is key.’
‘Very enjoyable ‘hands-on’ course. Lots of practical exercises that helped me to learn about myself and lots of exploring left to do.’
