DESCRIPTION:The Leadership Embodiment Coach Training Program (LECT) offers participants the opportunity to deepen their experience of the practices and principals of the LE model and develop the skills to share the work with others.\nThe LE model is based on our capacity to know ourselves and continue to find ways to share our potential for wise and compassionate action under pressure. As a community we have the capacity to support the growth of this work both internally – meditation and personal practice – and externally – leading and coaching individuals\, groups and teams. \nLike any endeavor that is worthwhile\, it takes commitment and effort to go beyond our personal challenges and extend ourselves\, reaching into the LE community for support and training\, and beyond into the greater community of people we work with and are committed to empowering. \nThe LECT is a 6 month program tailored to professional coaches and facilitators offering the core foundations of LE training exercises with a focus on working with individuals and small groups/teams. \nThe full Leadership Embodiment Fundamentals course series is a prerequisite: completion of LE Fundamentals Level 1\, Level 2 and a Retreat. This training provides the following CCEUs:  \nTRAINING & PRACTICE\nThe six month LECT program consists of three training modules. Each module is four days long\, and sessions are held every few months to allow for practice in between. \nLECT MODULE 1\n• Session 1 Material Sequencing – Foundational model process\n• Introducing a client or team to the LE model – Context and Language\n• Centering/ Partner Centering – Core foundation exercise\n• Centered Listening – Receiving feedback/difficult conversations \nLECT MODULE 2\n• Session 2 Material Sequencing – Foundational model process\n• Inspiration and Declaration – How to resource qualities and craft a declaration\n• Speaking Up/ Taking a Stand – Inspired Speaking Up in the face of adversity \nLECT MODULE 3\n• Ongoing Client Session Material\n• Taking Risks\n• Visibility and Transparency\n• The Challenge of Success \nIn addition to the training sessions\, trainees are required to receive or partake in the following:\n• Receive a minimum of 1- 1hr\, individual coaching session from a LECT Instructor\n• Receive 2 mentor coaching sessions from previously graduated LE Associates\n• Be invited to train with a trainee practice pod meeting virtually between training sessions\n• Take on practice coaching client(s)\nDates:\nModule 1 July 30th – August 2nd\, 2019\nModule 2 October 1st – 4th\, 2019\nModule 3 December 3rd – 6th\, 2019 \nThis training is very limited in size. To request an application\, please contact our office (listed below under “Organizer”). Once accepted\, we request a $500 deposit to hold your space\, which is refundable up until May 31st\, 2019 if you need to cancel. The total cost of the training is $9\,000.
