Last month in Arnhem, under a soft spring sun, we gathered as a group of European LE associates to practice our warm-ups outdoors near the home of LECT lead trainer Anouk Brack. The air was light, the mood focused yet playful — a quiet rhythm of movement shared among us.
Then something unexpected happened.
Three young girls wandered closer, watching us with curious eyes. Within moments, they began to mirror our movements — tentative at first, then with growing confidence. We smiled and opened the circle to them. As if carried by the same spark, three more children came running over, giggling and full of energy, eager to join in.
Before we knew it, more and more children drifted in, drawn by the atmosphere. What began as a simple practice turned into a lively, spontaneous gathering — a shared language of movement, laughter, and connection.
Eric, freshly graduated as an LE associate, was leading the warm-up. With calm presence and steady clarity, he held the space, gently guiding this ever-growing circle of participants — both planned and unplanned — with warmth and ease.
What unfolded was pure joy: a moment where structure met spontaneity, where practice became play, and where spring seemed to come alive not just in the air, but in every movement, every smile.
