DESCRIPTION:For further information and to book your place\, please visit the Centre for Embodied Wisdom website. \nLeadership Embodiment Coach Training Following on from the LE Pathway of the Fundamentals and Intermediate courses and the retreat\, the Coach Training offers a full package of support and instruction for integrating this practice into your work with clients. \nLeadership Embodiment is a stand-alone embodied coaching model\, as well as serving as a somatic component alongside other coaching models. The somatic exercises have equivalent conversational exercises so that clients can be worked with in multiple modalities. The LE training is tailored to professional coaches and facilitators and conveys the skills we need to offer a range of training exercises\, working with individuals as well as small teams or groups. \nLondon dates\, 2014 – 15\nModule 1 :- November 28 – 30th 2014\nModule 2 :- February 6 – 8th 2015\nModule 3 :- April 10 – 12th 2015\nModule 4 :- June 26 – 28th 2015\nModule 5 :- August 21 – 23rd 2015 \nTraining: Sessions and Practice\nThe 9-month LECT program consists of 5 training sessions; each is typically 3 days long. Sessions are held every 2 to 3 months from the start of the program year. \nIn addition to the training sessions\, trainees will:- \n\nReceive individual coaching from Session Instructors (Wendy and Tiphani Palmer)\nReceive mentor coaching from LE Associates\nBe assigned to a trainee practice group for the duration of the training\, meeting or Skyping at least twice between the training session blocks\nTake on at least one practice coaching client for a minimum of 8 sessions. DESCRIPTION:Leadership Embodiment Fundamentals \nThis course allows you to become familiar with your signature response to pressure\, and offers you powerful tools to shift to a more creative\, skillful and compassionate state. It gives you practices to engage with clarity\, creativity and compassion even when you are experiencing conflict and opposition. \nThe workshop creates an embodied experience – stretching and challenging you to explore the mind-body connection and how it impacts on the way you communicate\, collaborate\, and pursue your goals. The tools and practices have their roots in the traditions of mindfulness and martial arts\, giving immediate physical feedback\, powerfully showing up habitual reactive patterns of behaviour. Through physical experience you will discover how you can be more creative\, more powerful\, and more fully embodied as leaders in your own lives. \nWe will explore themes such as remaining functional under pressure\, becoming comfortable with conflict\, and remaining responsive to demands without getting bowed down by them.

DESCRIPTION:Leadership Embodiment Intermediate \nBuilding on the foundation of the Fundamentals/Level 1 course (which is a prerequisite)\, the Intermediate/Level 2 course offers participants a deeper dive and more extended opportunity to explore their patterns and centering practice within more challenging exercises. \nBecause attendees are familiar with the language and principles\, we introduce more advanced dynamics into the group.
